I am in the best profession in the world, improving people’s oral health while helping to bring out their beauty. Being a dentist allows me to help boost my patients’ self-esteem by giving them a better smile and a better outlook on life. With a focus on prevention, my goal is to put each patient at ease and help them get the care they need in a comfortable, relaxed, and safe environment.
I am a very social person, so if you see me around town, don’t be shy! Come over, say hello, and feel free to ask me anything—dental related or not!
I look forward to meeting you in person!
Education and Continuing Education
I have always wanted to be in a profession that helps people. After shadowing at the local hospital’s different departments, I found that dentistry was perfect for me!
I attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I continued on to Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and was a Health Policy Scholar.
In the time since my graduation, I’ve continued my education to stay current on the newest and best in dental treatments and technology. I’m passionate about continuingly expanding my knowledge and skills. That’s part of the responsibility of being a dentist, but it’s also personal to me. I love to learn!
